Horror Trippin’ to the Mall of the Dead

I’ve finally uploaded my photos from my trip in May 2001 to the Monroeville Mall, which is where the original Dawn of the Dead was filmed. While I unfortunately didn’t take any photos of the inside of the mall (the law told me I wasn’t allowed to), I did take some shots of the outside.  So step back to a time of flares, disco and undead Hare Krishnas, and check out the photos here.

Horror Trippin’ to Leatherface’s Texas

I’ve finally uploaded the photos from my trip to Texas in May of 2001.  I visited multiple locations from the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre, which for the most part had remained remarkably unchanged since the movie was made in 1973.  So grab some BBQ , sit back and check out the photos here.

Horror Trippin’ to the Cabin of the Dead

I’ve now uploaded my photos from when I visited the filming location of the original Evil Dead.  A lot had changed in the more than twenty years since the film was made, when I visited Morristown, TN in 2003 – namely, there was no more cabin!  But, I did get some nice shots of the creepy woods and the chimney that still stands to this day.  Check out my trip to the place the Deadites call home here.

Horror Trippin’ to Camp Crystal Lake

I’ve uploaded my photos from when I visited the filming locations of the original Friday the 13th back in May of 2001.  Check them out here.  I will add the photos from my trips to the other three horror movie locations over the next few weeks.  In the meantime: ch-ch-ch-ha-ha-ha…*

*yes, I know technically it’s ki-ki-ki-ma-ma-ma, but it sounds like ch-ch-ch-ha-ha-ha in the movies, so don’t email me or comment that I’m wrong…otherwise I’ll send Jason after you!
